Had a boss stay! The ski-in/ski-out was unreal, right on the slopes. Found the food lovely, especially the fondue night with top-notch service. Only downside was the room’s size, a bit snug for a solo traveler, but still comfy. Everyone made me feel dead welcome!

Breakfast was healthy and plentiful with great coffee.

Perfect ski holiday escape

Waking up early for the free breakfast was a joy—a selection that fueled our ski adventures! Plus, the staff went above and beyond, like keeping the restaurant open for our late transfer.

On the downside, the rooms felt a bit cramped for our tastes, and we had hoped for a bit more space to unwind after a long day of skiing.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a distressing incident on the first night. A nearby room played loud music until the early hours, and with no staff available after 11pm, it made for a sleepless night. Although the hotel addressed the issue promptly the next day, we found the breakfast options limited and mundane by day three, leaving us quite disappointed.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home during our stay.

The wifi connection was poor. we frequently got disconnected and had to reconnect repeatedly.

we had a lovely stay at le val! the beds were super comfy, and the room was a cozy fit for the two of us. it was fantastic being right on the slopes with easy ski-in ski-out access. also, the hotel is just a short walk from great bars and restaurants for a nice drink after skiing. the spa was a perfect retreat for unwinding too.

but the room felt a bit small for relaxing after a long day of skiing.

A fantastic stay with stunning room views, perfect for our family adventures! Breakfast was delightful, though timing can get hectic. The waitstaff were friendly, making mornings enjoyable. It was just a proper fit for a short stayover in Val Thorens with good value considering the price it charged. Enjoyed great home-cooked meals during dinner service that really hit the spot after a long day. Be sure to check the wine menu. it's surprisingly good and reasonably priced.
